I hope everyone is having a great Fall and a today is a good start to your November 2019!!  At home, we're starting November with a Halloween party to say "Goodbye" to October and because my husband LOVES Halloween. It's a pretty big production shared with his best friend, who loves a party! Then tomorrow night, were going to see The Averett Brothers in concert. So, starting it with a bang.  It'll be fun. My costume for tonight is still undecided. I've been neglectful and I'm s o sorry!!  I've been trying to keep up with my website,  Jewelry Designs By Monica ; which happens to have a 20%  off sale on several items. Then, I've stepped into a new venture.  I, now, have an Etsy Shop called JDByMonica.  You can find my store at :  JDByMonica .   I'm happy to say I've had a lot of interest in it thus far and sold my first pair of earrings.    STARFISH WISHES   … more later,  as it's time for bed. IN Honor of The Kentucky Derby, THEY'RE OFF!!! The package with my merchandise for   Rustic Roots On Second should arrive at the shop tomorrow!! I'm so excited and honored to have this door open and be among so many other Kentucky Artisan's. Crossing fingers that my designs go over well.  I have back up plans, but I don't want to think about that right now. I have a video prepared of the first release of my jewelry designs I've mailed to them.  I'm so looking forward to personally going to the store to see  Jewelry Designs By Monica in it's new little personal retail space.  The package should arrive tomorrow; so I'm anxious for feedback.  I'd lie if I said i want nervous regarding reception of style, pricing, etc.  Keeping fingers crossed! Good Morning .... Sorry to have neglected my blog again. You'll be pleased when you see all the new pieces I've been creating since my last post. Some will be going to the store in Pikeville,  Rustic Roots on Second , and some will be going to my new website that I've been working to get published. It's ready to publish; just need to get my merchandise listed on it ... Not the easiest task. I need to update my Facebook page with my listings as well. Just takes a while.  I can give you a sneak peak at my listings. You can, also, order online they Rustic Roots ... I received an awesome invitation today for my jewelry line and is such an amazing opportunity.  A friend from my High School alma mater manages a store a town over from my hometown that features KY Artisans. They have items from home decor, homemade foods, soaps/lotions, fashion, accessories, to jewelry and more ... most is KY themed. I was offered a space in her store,  Rustic Roots on Second  at 239 2nd Street, Pikeville, KY 41501.
